About the Department
You will join the Diabetes GLP-1 Business Unit, a recently established ambitious and dynamic team that is looking to significantly expand and accelerate growth in 2021. This position will report to Diabetes GLP-1 Business Unit Director.
The position
As an integral member of the field sales management team, you will manage a defined territory and responsibilities will include:
- Lead, inspire, coach, develop, monitor your team's performance and motivate them to reach targets
- Overseeing the activities of your team, grow business for Novo Nordisk, adhere to the company policies especially business ethics
- Lead the individual sales target in your assigned territory; reach the targets and goals set for your area.
- Establish, maintain and expand your customer base.
- Increase business opportunities through various routes to market
- Develop sales strategies and setting targets; and collect customer feedback and market research
- Geographical scope: the role would cover Visayas and Mindanao, and will be based in Cebu.
Your Qualifications
- A college degree preferably Science related
- You must be able to demonstrate proven sales success within the pharmaceutical industry
- At least 2 years of experience in people management
- Passion for to drive performance and coaching
- High performer and successful in the current role
- Professional, self-motivated, team player, resilient, passionate, solution oriented in a dynamic environment
- A strong will to win and has a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales
- Knowing the local dialect and possess effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and experience of the disease area would be an additional advantage
- Knowledge and experience of the local healthcare landscape and customers would be an additional advantage
- Willing to be mobile
- High business ethics mindset
