Ensure that all supply chain transactional activities are completed on time (review of stock level, data input in the system, input in of data in SAP
Drive the commercial/regulatory teams to provide quality market intelligence, validating forecast assumptions to improve forecast accuracy.
Review inventory level across the supply chain (CDI, identify risks, opportunities and drive optimization.
Identify and flag supply issues, collaborating with global/regional/local teams to manage and mitigate any supply shortage.
Work closely with global/regional/local teams to ensure timely and efficient supply of products, including availability of new products for launches.
Provide in time data to strategic supply chain to feed supply chain KPIs and suggest key actions to be taken to re-adjust if needed
Take an active role in S&OP meeting (preparation of relevant report, facilitation and implementation/follow-up of agreed actions)
Collaborate with global/regional teams to develop supply chain strategies, bringing innovation and integrated solutions to the network (e.g. ASPIRE, Supply Chain Transformation).
Support / Drive the implementation of strategic solutions.
Support inventory movements, annual physical stock count and inventory reconciliation.
Who you are
Degree in Business/Finance/Supply Chain Logistics discipline or equivalent.
At least 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain / Customer Service in Process Industries (e.g. Pharma, Medical Devices, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, etc.) Verbal and written English communication
Advanced level of computer literacy in MS Office programs, i.e. Word, PPT, Excel, Outlook, SAP
