Job Captain

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the coordination and production of residential, office, hospitality, healthcare and commercial/retail drawings from Design Development to Construction Documentation;

Responsible for the Quality Control of drawings in accordance with the established CAD standards of workmanship and sensitive to drawing details;

Assists in the monitoring and implementation of designs and plans in actual construction;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and responsible in coordinating with clients and consultants;

Facilitates seamless coordination between project supervision, CSD, and Production Department regarding the progress or status of the project;

Enforces document management system and ensures that drawings comply with local and international standards;

Provides direction to production team and monitors the progress to meet deadlines for drawings produced;

Provides administrative and technical support to design and production team;

Proficient in Autocadd drafting and detailing in accordance with the established CADD standards of workmanship;

Able to interpret plans and engineering drawings correctly;

Experience in high rise residential and office buildings, retail, healthcare buildings, hospitality and mixed- use developments.

Multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure.



Requirements:

Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Architecture;

Professional License in Architecture is an advantage;

Revit and BIM Standards experience is an advantage;

At least 10 years of working experience in Architecture Firms;

Required skill(s): Autocadd and MS Office Applications;
