The Job

Acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO and the management committee, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and championing the company's culture as it grows and expands internationally.



You will be responsible for :

Creating and implementing strategies to immerse all employees into the company culture



Building on internal HR processes such as hiring & onboarding, pay & benefits, rewards, performance management, talent & succession planning, employee engagement, and other relevant facets of HR



Helping employees understand and live our core values through effective programs that promote morale while achieving our company goal



Partnering with internal stakeholders to implement strategies for employee engagement and retention



Creating and updating policies, procedures, and guidelines as needed



Laying out the company culture aligned in the strategy but also place it in norms that will promote adaptability for the employees



The Profile



You have a degree in Business, Human Resource, Psychology or other relevant fields



You have at least 8 years experience in an HR manager, HR Business Partner or similar role.



You have strong knowledge of legal and statutory requirements pertaining to HR practices.



You are proficient in MS Office and ideally have knowledge of HRMS.



You have an understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures



You have excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization.



You are a strong networker & relationship builder



You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams



You have a problem-solving and decision-making aptitude



You possess strong ethics and are a reliable individual
