Candidates must possess at least a Highschool Diploma / TESDA/Vocational Certificate / Some College (but did not graduate) / Bachelor's Degree in any course
Preferably fresh/entry-level specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
Above average written and verbal communication skills, analytical, and problem-solving skills
