Within this Tribe, the Always Learning Journey Delivery team is focused on ensuring the delivery of world class learning operations across ANZ’s global footprint.
As a member of the ANZ Learning Delivery Services team within Always Learning Journey Delivery, you will create a seamless end-to-end user experience for facilitated learning events ensuring all stakeholders experience quality service throughout the event management period.
Your role will focus on ensuring the timely delivery of instructor-led and virtual instructor-led learning programs across ANZ’s global footprint. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality delivery of event management services; and identifying opportunities to continuously improve these services.
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Set up, maintenance and administration of events through the ANZ Learning Management System (Saba)
- Arranging event logistics including venue, equipment, catering, facilitators, materials, guest speakers, others as required
- Communication with learners, line managers, other stakeholders (eg invitations, confirmations, notifications, pre/post work etc.)
- Maintaining accurate learning records (e.g. bulk registrations, waitlist management, completions, withdrawals, cancellations)
- Liaising with in-country contacts for local logistics, where required
- Managing invoicing and payments associated with event management
- Managing stakeholder requests and enquiries
- Managing and resolving event management issues/queries
- Ensuring risks and issues are identified, managed and escalated appropriately
- Ensuring event logistics are delivered within budget, with a continuing focus on reducing costs
- Identifying opportunities to continually standardise, streamline, improve and automate event management processes
- Supporting the administration of other learning initiatives across the Grow to Perform Tribe, as required
Skills, Knowledge & experience
- Demonstrated Event Management experience - essential
- Attention to detail and ability to follow through
- Excellent organizational, planning, customer service and presentation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization; and with external suppliers of event management services (facilitation; venue; catering; materials; etc.)
- Experienced with Learning Management Systems (LMS)-Saba would be preferred
- Self-starter, motivated to deliver high quality outputs; and delight customers
- Learning/HR experience (desirable)
