CUSTOMER BILLING . Ensure that all services rendered by DHL Supply Chain to customers are invoiced and collected in a timely, complete and correct manner (i.e. aligned with contract)      . Create invoices, credit and debit memos and ensure these are signed in accordance with the approval matrix. . Prepare monitoring summary of invoices, credit and debit memos created for completion in Oracle         . Set up and organize billing files, process and validate billing data         MANAGING COLLECTIONS          . Provide details of payment to BPO OTC to clear unmatched payments, analyze & propose write off of aged credits   . Collect complete Certificates of Withholding Tax (CWT) from assigned customers on a timely manner    . Support escalation process for overdue debt collection         FINANCIAL CONSOLIDATION AND REPORTING          . Create journal entries for revenue accruals and other OTC related adjusting entries including customer claims provisions   . Analyze revenue recorded for the month and provide reason for significant increase or decrease in revenue to commercial controlling team to support their Profit and Loss analysis         . Prepare reconciliation of balance sheet schedule for 16300 and 16301 Accrued Sale 3rd Party and consolidate status updates on unbilled revenue needed for monthly review call report         . Consolidate status updates on overdue receivables needed for monthly review call report         CUSTOMER INTERACTION AND SUPPORT         . Assist customers with invoice queries, payments, billing issues and requirements       . Act as the company's main contact person for billing related matters Requirements
. Graduate of Accountancy, Financial Management or any relevant field . Experience in billing, collections and account reconciliation. . Strong financial modelling and business analysis skills . Proficient with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel, Word and Power point . Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data at a detailed level . Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work well in a fast paced, team-orientated environment. . Possess strong work ethic self-motivated with a desire to take initiative and look for ways to improve processes and create efficiencies . Can present well with confidence in dealing with customers during billing review.
