Supply Chain Specialist (E-commerce / Logistics)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Inbound and Outbound day to day functions
• Process customer orders that require shipment planning
• Monitor and track shipments in transit and ensure timely delivery to customers
• Process supplier returns for items failing our Inbound Quality Check control
• Arrange courier pickup for Buyback orders, stock purchases, Lent Goods sales orders and others that may require processing of waybill for shipment
• Maintain and update all relevant files to support daily tasks in Operations and cross-functionally. Monitor and raise irregularities to respective stakeholders ensuring incidents are addressed
• Further develop existing tools serving Forecast and Reporting analysis

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 1 year experience in Logistics / Operations roles for e-commerce and/or retail companies
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain management, Logistics, Import/Export management or equivalent
• Understanding of integrated supply chain and logistics concepts and theories
• Knowledge in MS Excel and other related software
• Familiarity with database SQL
• Nice to have, but not mandatory: experience in luxury brands and fashion industry
• Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Multitasking and prioritizing capabilities
• Strong problem solver and able to create solutions to challenges in an expedient manner
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Fluent in English
