Production Engineer

Job Overview:

To lead and monitor the process operations of the material preparation sections from raw material incoming inspections, compounding, mixing, extruding, and cutting processes, including also the kneader process.

Job Description:

• Preparation of the daily plan for each machine to meet the required materials of the molding process based on the molding process weekly plan.
• Monitoring the stocks of the raw materials in the storage areas and also the final materials prepared and ensure that there will be no stoppage or delay on the molding process cause by materials related problems.
• Conduct the confirmation of all the machine equipment and measurement equipment checksheets that are being verified by the group leaders and being used by the operators.
• Responsible for the checking of the actual work of the material preparations operators and ensure that the standard procedure and work instructions is being followed.
• Responsible for the checking of manpower and machine allocations, and the materials availability to be prepared.

Requirements:

• Graduate of any engineering course
• With at least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing company.
