About the role

Sea and Sierra Vista, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team. In this full-time position based in Makati City, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales and marketing strategy for our growing hospitality business.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to promote our hotel and resort offerings.
2. Manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve revenue targets and enhance brand awareness.
3. Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key industry partners and clients.
4. Oversee the creation of engaging marketing content and campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
5. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
6. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and operations.
7. Monitor and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of sales and marketing initiatives.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or marketing role within the hospitality industry.
2. Proven track record of developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
4. Proficient in digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, SEO, and email campaigns.
5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
6. Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. Bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality management, or a related field.
