As a BPO Trainer, you will:

• 1. Facilitate and conduct training sessions, providing expertise in module management.
• 2. Maintain training records and offer constructive feedback to trainees.
• 3. Develop training materials based on data and research to support both training and production.
• 4. Implement training strategies, initiatives, and materials that enhance the employee development on products and processes.

Ideal Profile

:

• 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a BPO Trainer.
• 2. At least 1 year of experience in the Training Field and Environment.
• 3. Must be willing to do shifting schedules.
• 4. At least 2 years in college.
