Job Description As a
Business Development Manager at Axiom, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy. Your primary focus will be on initiating follow-up calls to identify balustrade contractors engaged in supply and installation projects. You'll excel in cultivating relationships with potential clients by introducing Axiom's innovative offerings. Your keen eye for opportunities will be crucial as you identify and integrate new projects into our systems. Collaborating closely with estimating teams, you'll ensure that every project receives a comprehensive and competitive proposal.

Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Day (7 AM to 4 PM PH Time)
Work Setup: Permanent Work From Home (WFH)
What do you need to succeed? At least 3 years of sales or lead generation experience
A minimum of 3 years of outbound sales experience
Proficiency in Netsuite or similar tools
Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
Exceptional stakeholder management abilities
Effective negotiation and consultative sales skills
Ability to perform under pressure and make informed decisions
Display leadership and management acumen
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Competent technology awareness and skills
What awaits you in this role? Efficiently monitor and manage ongoing projects.
Skillfully oversee and maintain project pipelines.
Artfully present Axiom's capabilities to potential clients.
Identify new projects that are not currently within our system (Netsuite).
Enter newly identified projects into Netsuite as opportunities, which may also originate from the sales team or other sources.
Initiate contact with the builder to identify the Contracts administrator and send personalized introduction emails.
Conduct follow-up phone calls to determine which balustrade contractors are quoting balustrade supply and install works (typically 3 or 4 different companies), aiming for the builder to accept a supply-only proposal.
Once the balustrade contractor quoting the project is known, list each company as an opportunity and make contact via phone to request the opportunity for email introductions.
Send personalized introduction emails to balustrade companies.
Follow up with balustrade companies to confirm the receipt of introduction emails and inquire about the opportunity to submit balustrade supply proposals.
If balustrade companies agree to supply proposals, coordinate with estimating to issue supply proposals to the agreed-upon companies (also direct to the builder if requested).
Receive completed proposals from estimating, forward them to balustrade companies and/or builders, cc the sales team on your emails, and set tasks for the sales team to follow up on the proposals.
Ensure that each project in BCI is accurately entered into Netsuite as an opportunity, complete with appropriately scheduled next action tasks.
Confirm that every opportunity has been sent relevant Axiom information via email.
Conduct necessary follow-up calls to ensure that all provided information has been appropriately addressed.
Furnish estimating with all pertinent quote details, ensuring accuracy to the fullest extent (100%).
