Handling of Telco Escalations by Incident
Incident Management (Ticket Creator/Resolver – Critical Devices)
Monitoring of Infotxt Server Monitoring
Monitoring temperature of server rooms
Microsoft Azure High Risk Users monitoring
M365 Service Health notification monitoring
BI file Transfer Validation from AMS
RAMCO Job Processing/ RAMCO JV/ ADR File Consumption
Palo Alto Notification monitoring
Microsoft Azure High Risky User Monitoring
Power BI Job Processing (Daily FACT/ DIM/ DSR PS/DSR PS TEMP/CUBE)
