Dev Partners is a remote resources company with a team operating in the Philippines, helping global companies scale their business IT needs.

Our expertise is to provide resources and software design and development services by offering outsourced staffing at attractive rates for markets in Australia, New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom, and Canada.

The Role

We Are Hiring - Data Entry Specialist, 100% Purely Home-based

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for accuracy and a passion for keeping things organized? We are looking for a dedicated Data Entry Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and relevance of our website. No technical experience is required, but a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn are key.

As a  Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Entering and updating data on our website accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensuring all web content is current and consistent across platforms.
  • Assisting in the organization and management of digital files.
  • Performing quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborating with the web maintenance team to address any content-related issues.
  • Monitoring the website for errors and reporting any discrepancies.

Ideal Profile

As a Data Entry Specialist,  you need to have:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with web browsers and common software 
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles
  • Basic understanding of website content management systems 
  • Excellent Verbal and Written English Communication Skills

Working Hours:

8 PM - 5 AM Philippine Time
