The Technical Auditor is responsible for conducting thorough audits of building facilities, equipment, and permits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. This role focuses on the upkeep, maintenance, and safety of FOPM-managed properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of property management.
Conduct Walkthrough and Audits:
- Perform detailed inspections and audits of building facilities, equipment, and permits.
- Assess the condition, functionality, and safety of various building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components.
Compliance Checks:
- Ensure all facilities and equipment comply with inter-company and government regulations.
- Verify that all necessary permits are current and properly documented.
- Identify any areas of non-compliance and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, deficiencies, and recommended corrective measures.
- Maintain accurate records of all audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
- Present audit results and action plans to Operations, Senior Management, and relevant stakeholders.
Safety Inspections:
- Conduct safety inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure a safe environment for occupants.
- Collaborate with the safety team to implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures.
- Participate in incident investigations and recommend improvements to prevent future occurrences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- With relative 2 - 3 years of experience.
- Licensed Engineer is a requirement.
- Amenable to travel from one property to another for Audit inspections.
- Can hold office in Taguig City.
