DXP – Digital Experience Platform
Join our dynamic DXP team and be a key player in the global rollout of Inchcape's cutting-edge omni-channel customer and dealer platform. Our scalable system provides access to our full range of products and services, from initial search and comparison to post-purchase support, enabling various interaction modes including digital, in-person, or blended options. Whether facilitating fully online purchases with contactless delivery or coordinating online reservations with test drives and in-store pickups, you'll drive innovation in automotive retail on a global scale.
Purpose of Role:
Responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of digital products on a global scale.
In charge of strategic planning, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure that digital products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and innovation. Aligning digital product strategies with overall business goals to enhance user experience, increase market competitiveness, and support the company's growth and success.
