JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder
- With 1 year of work experience in human resource field or any related role
- Has knowledgeable in all HR Faucets
- Amenable to attend face to face interview
- Can start as soon as possible
- Amenable to work onsite.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To effectively support all internal and external HR-related concerns, inquiries or requests.
- To perform end-to-end recruitment process (e.g. screening, interviews, onboarding, etc.)
- To create reports on general HR activities and maintain databases of various employee information
- To keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
- To coordinate and foster strong rapport across different departments and with employees at all levels of the organization
