Position: Mandarin Leads Generation Expert
Type of job: Email and Calls job
Location: Makati City
Schedule: Shifting Schedule with 2 days off

Salary: Php 70,000-Php 75,000
Work Set-up: Work On-site

Responsibilities:
Supporting customers and clients regarding dental services concerns
Upselling and offering dental services
Generate leads by doing outbound call
Provide excellent customer service to customers by responding to inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the resolution provided

Requirements:
Proficient in the Mandarin language
Open for Highschool graduates and Senior Highschool graduates
Customer Service experience is an advantage
Willing to work on Shifting the schedule
Amenable to working onsite in Makati City
