MINING ENGINEER - Health & Safety

1. Assist in the development of the health and safety plans and programs based on site health and safety performance analysis results and in compliance with government regulating bodies' requirements and Company system standards.
2. Conduct health, safety and security related activities like investigation, inspection, surveys, WEM to address health and safety issues and concerns.
3. Conduct health, safety and security performance analysis.
4. Conduct analysis of accidents or incidents and identify action plans.
5. Monitor updates on health, safety and security policy updates from Group and align the site accordingly.
6. Conduct orientation and training related to health, safety and security.
7. Ensure that all employees, contractors, visitors, and other stakeholders are compliant with the company's H&S standards.
8. Coordinate with government regulating bodies for permits, certificates, reports, etc.

Willing to be assigned in LUZON, VISAYAS, and MINDANAO.
