About the Position We are seeking a dynamic consultant with a passion for hospitality and technology to implement and lead the delivery of Oracle Hospitality products, both remotely and on-site. This is a chance to work with a global customer base and flexibly manage your schedule, with options for morning, afternoon, or night shifts based on Manila time.
Key Objectives
- Implement basic to intermediate Oracle Hospitality solutions, ensuring a smooth transition and adaptation to diverse operational workflows.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to end-users, enhancing their operational efficiency and satisfaction.
- Utilize your expertise to manage and analyze client requirements, delivering solutions that are tailored to unique user environments and needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least two years of experience with Oracle Hospitality systems (e.g., OPERA) or a similar role in IT or related fields.
- A strong foundation in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Proficiency in Windows Server Operating Systems, network infrastructure, and familiarity with video conferencing tools like Webex, Zoom, and Bomgar.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Oracle Hospitality products.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support post-installation.
- Engage actively in professional development opportunities, staying up-to-date with the latest software releases and features.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction levels and continuous improvement in service delivery.
