BPO/Telemarketer

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telemarketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to identify new business opportunities, selling agreements to meet sales targets, and participating in all sales and promotional activities. This role requires building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers to achieve sales and service objectives by proactively understanding their needs. Additionally, the specialist will respond to inquiries received through phone and email contact with customers and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to explore new potential business opportunities.
• Sell agreements to achieve sales targets.
• Participate in all sales and promotion activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to achieve sales and service objectives by proactively understanding their needs.
• Respond to inquiries received through phone and email contact with customers and prospects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Native Filipino speaker, accustomed to working night shifts.
• Willingness to work remotely/from home.
• Bachelor's degree or higher, major in marketing or business English preferred. Relevant work experience with a college degree is also acceptable.
• More than 1 year of sales or business development experience in the BPO industry.
• Proficient in English with fluent spoken English at a native level.
• Aggressive, self-motivated, willing to work independently under pressure and target-oriented.
• Good communication skills.
