Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Boracay team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the food and hospitality industry.
Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales and revenue of our Resort.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in the food or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
