Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Planning Head for our Hospitality Division. The ideal candidate will lead and manage the technical planning processes for hospitality projects, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective, and timely project delivery. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering, design, and project management within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical planning and execution of hospitality projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and project management teams to develop and implement detailed project plans.
- Oversee the preparation of technical documents, specifications, and drawings for hospitality projects.
- Manage and allocate resources efficiently across multiple projects to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Perform feasibility studies and technical evaluations to assess project risks and identify mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all projects comply with local codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical discussions with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Mentor and guide junior technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Monitor project performance, providing regular updates and technical insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical planning, engineering, or design in the hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in large-scale hospitality projects.
- In-depth knowledge of hospitality design and construction processes, industry best practices, and relevant codes and regulations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on quality, cost, and schedule.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) or relevant industry training.
- Experience in international hospitality projects.
