Engineering Operations Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Plan scheduled maintenance activities to ensure the efficient utilization of the utilities, facilities and equipments
Responsible for the supervision of all maintenance work ensuring operational safety, timely and cost-effective performance
Ensure the proper maintenance of all facilities including troubleshoot & repair activities
Performs other job related duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Graduate of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or other related course
Mall Management- Knowledgeable in all facets of mall operations With proven track record in handling building/facilities management
Technical knowledge – Must be knowledgeable in building/facilities management And Engineering maintenance services, maintenance and planning supervision
Competencies – Building and tenant management
Product Knowledge – Deep understanding in mall/retail industry
Prerequisite – Available to work when needed including weekends, holidays and
Must be willing to do fieldwork
License Electrical or Mechanical Engineer is required At least 2+ years of working experience in the same field
Preferably 2 years specializing in handling Mall/Building facilities management in a Supervisory capacity
Excellent communication both written and oral skills
Able to Interact, relate and negotiate with tenants in a highly professional Manner
Well Developed leadership and decision making skills
Reports and Presentation management
People Management and Highly Organized
Highly proficient in using MS Application (Word, Excel and PPT) and other
Engineering application tools
Knowledgeable in the maintenance of chillers, cooling towers FCU & AHU, HVAC,
Gen sets, transformers and other related facilities
English and Filipino
