Job Description


  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quotas for Region I and CAR (Cordillera Administrative Region) area; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Meeting planned sales goals, compare performance to goals, adjust goals as needed, and report results as necessary. 
  • Maintains product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Coordinate with marketing team on lead generation.
  • Develop and set individual sales targets and assign area of responsibilities to team members.
  • Assess and oversee the team’s processes and procedures, activities, performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.


  • Male or Female, preferably resident of La Union or Pangasinan.
  • BSBA Management or any business related course.
  • Proven experience as Sales Manager; at least 3-5 years of related experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Willing to travel and handle the area of Region I and CAR.
  • One (1) available vacant post
