Job Summary

• Recruit, build, and manage a team of Financial Advisors
• Ensure and maintain high levels of productivity
• Provide support to Financial Advisors in performing sales activities

Qualifications

• Managerial experience of at least 3 years in a corporate environment is a must for this position
• College graduate of marketing, business administration, or other business related courses
• Experience in operational management, training, human resources, and sales is an advantage
• Confident with good communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and result-oriented
• Must have an entrepreneurial mindset
