Job Description

What will your job look like?


• You will be responsible for all Project Management Office domains: Scope, Time, Quality

• You will be responsible to deliver defined project outcomes on time, within budget and with a high level of quality

• You will be responsible to deliver projects scope of work, and will be accountable for building and maintaining an ongoing Project Management Plan.

• You will be responsible for the management of project ensuring that budget and scheduling constraints are adhered to.

• You will align project with overall program policies, roadmap, constraints and plans. You will be responsible to prioritize tasks and resolve issues/conflicts.

• You will lead and facilitate the project risk management process and is responsible for on-going status and progress reporting.

• You will be responsible for the overall project communication plan and manages relationships with project stakeholders

• You will oversee the project's closure, integrating all relevant components (e.g., lesson learned, KPIs...).

• You will govern and resolve risks and issues that impact project delivery across different content disciplines (SW development, SW Testing, Infrastructure)

• You will be actively involved in solution closure and deployment

• You will have the opportunity to show off your PowerPoint skills and mastery of spreadsheets.

• You will be responsible to compute SLA and share with client and senior management.

• You will act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate

• You will be responsible to ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms


Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred

• A minimum of 3+ years Customer-facing experience – ability to present the Amdocs solution using various methods (presentations, demos, and so on) .

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office computer programs, specifically MS Office .

• Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and problem-solving mentality and ability to work well with a team.

• Preferably with an I.T. and Telecommunications work experience and background.

• Excellent meeting planning, project management, and organizational skills

• Knowledge of the telecom industry and Amdocs business processes .
