IT Staff

Job Description: 
• Software installation.

• Hardware set-up on laptops, desktops at client’s workstations/work areas.

• Installations of new applications to the system during deployment.

• Update users and provide users brief orientation on usage of windows features.

• Ad-Hoc, other duties that may be assigned by the IT Department Head.

Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College-Degree/Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.

• Minimum of 1 year of working experience as IT help desk technician.

• Preferably possess software knowledge/experience or candidates interested in acquiring software experience are welcome.

• Basic IT knowledge in Windows 7 or 10 and basic network setup/troubleshooting.

• Hardworking, with positive work attitude and has a passion to excel in IT industry.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills major on English.

• Willing to be trained and a fast learner.

• Available to work on a shifting schedule and a good team player.

• Willing to relocate
