Quality Assurance Engineer

• Test website & mobile app and identify deficiencies
• Suggest solutions to identified problems
• Investigate quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
• Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy
• Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution
• Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement
• Oversee continuous improvement projects
• Collect quality data
• Upload and activate accounts for subscriptions
• Provide IT internal support such as setting up of laptops, networks, etc.
• Troubleshoot technical issues raised by customers, clients, and internal team
• Act as Data Protection Officer (DPO) as defined in Data Privacy Act of 2012
• Prepare accurate, timely and completed reports as requested by Management

Requirements

• At least 2 years' relevant experience
• Able to work from home or report to Timog Avenue, Quezon City office if required or needed
