Job Description - Customer Liason (Service Desk Associate)

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides first level of support for customer and system incidents and requests using basic technical and service knowledge.
  • Liaise with other support teams as necessary to resolve customer requests or incidents.
  • Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow up of all incidents.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
  • With good knowledge and skills in IT
  • Interest in providing technical support and assistance to clients and end-users via call, chat and email
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • CEBU - IT Park Cebu - Ebloc2, Ebloc3, Filinvest Cyberzone 1, Filinvest Cyberzone 2
  • MANILA – across all Accenture offices

WORKING HOURS

  • Must be amenable to work on day/night shift or shifting schedule, extended working hours and holidays.
