Job Description - IT Technical Recruiter

· Meet with stakeholders to understand IT Requirements and deliver qualified candidates. · Sourcing and screening of potential candidates. · Interview prospective candidates and educate candidates on the process. · Schedule candidates for interviews and coordinate with hiring managers on the feedback. · Negotiate compensation, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals from other candidates or staff. Minimum Requirements; • College graduate • 3 solid IT Recruitement experience in end to end recruitment
