Job Description - Virtual Assistant (Property Management) - Part-Time

Job summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Virtual Assistant for Property Management to join a highly accomplished professional in the real estate industry. The client, a successful realtor turned broker-owner, manages a diverse portfolio of rental properties, specializing in single-family homes within the vibrant Nashville/Middle TN area. Renowned for exceptional client service and a stellar track record, the client is committed to delivering tangible results and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Work schedule

  • 10 hours of support per week 
  • 8am to 10am Central US Time, Mon to Fri [TBC]


  • Facilitate signing of lease agreements and renewals.
  • Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly within 24 hours.
  • Coordinate regular maintenance and repairs of the property.
  • Coordinate with contractors and maintenance staff.
  • Coordinate property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
  • Collect rent from tenants and enforce payment policies.
  • Basic bookkeeping & financial reporting to property owners.
  • Advertise and market vacant properties to attract potential tenants.
  • Coordinate property showings and screenings for prospective tenants.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of property-related documents.
  • Manage leases, contracts, and other administrative tasks.
  • Assist in implementing property policies and procedures.
  • Utilize property management software for efficient record-keeping.
  • Managing social media accounts, curating and creating compelling content, and posting relevant updates, including information on property management services and community service announcements.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and other relevant fields.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a near-native accent.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Relevant experience in virtual assistance, with at least 2 years of proven expertise.
  • Proficient in social media management and content marketing.
  • Graphic design skills for creating visually appealing content.
  • Video editing skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Storage: 256GB SSD or higher Operating 

System: Windows 10 or macOS 

Display: 13-inch or larger screen size with a resolution of 1920x1080 or higher 

Battery Life: Minimum of 8 hours
