Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


AQWIRE, a leading real estate technology company, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team in Makati, NCR, Philippines. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers, resolving any issues or concerns they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the industry.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Provide product and service information to customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer needs are met - Identify trends and provide feedback to the management team for continuous improvement - Assist with other administrative tasks as needed


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptable and reliable with a strong work ethic - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Excellent time management skills - No prior experience required, training will be provided
