Job Description - Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:


MetroMart is seeking a hardworking and passionate Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Manila, NCR. This part-time entry-level position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in customer service and develop essential skills in leadership and analysis.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise. 3. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department. 6. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and concerns.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. 2. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude. 3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 5. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work independently. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
