Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a confident and resourceful Customer Service Manager to join our team at SariSuki in Makati, NCR, Philippines. As a mid-to-senior level position with at least 6 years of experience in customer service management, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading our customer service team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Train, mentor, and supervise customer service representatives - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues - Monitor and analyze customer service performance metrics - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer service - Implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty - Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new customer service team members

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in a customer service management role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Availability to work part-time with flexibility in schedule

Personality traits: - Confident in decision-making and problem-solving - Resourceful in finding solutions to complex customer issues

Soft skills: - Excellent presentation skills for training and coaching purposes - Critical thinking for analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement
