Job Description - Customer Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Phoenix Petroleum Philippines is seeking a dedicated and independent Customer Service Officer to work from home in Davao City, Davao, Philippines. As a part-time Associate level position, the Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. 2. Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date information. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to provide support in processing orders and tracking shipments. 4. Assist in maintaining customer satisfaction by following up on inquiries and feedback. 5. Utilize project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 6. Identify areas for innovation and improvement in customer service processes. 7. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination. 8. Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company's values in all interactions.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Dedication to providing excellent customer service. 6. Demonstrated project management skills. 7. Innovative mindset and willingness to suggest improvements. 8. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
