Job Description - Customer Success Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


SariSuki is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Manila, NCR, PH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' success and satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as their main point of contact for any inquiries or issues - Understand customers' needs and work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure their expectations are met - Provide training and guidance to customers on how to best utilize our products and services - Monitor customer activity, identify trends, and proactively address any potential problems - Gather feedback from customers and share insights with the product development team - Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and drive customer retention


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Highly reliable and hardworking, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations - Ability to work independently and remotely - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
