Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


Balikbayad is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their needs - Document all customer interactions and follow up as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution - Assist with administrative tasks as needed - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements: - Resilient and resourceful attitude - Excellent attention to detail and communication skills - 4+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
