Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:

Great Deals E-commerce Corporation is looking for a motivated and resilient Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a courteous and efficient manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide product information and assistance with orders - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels

Requirements: - Motivated and resilient individual with a strong customer service orientation - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and resolve issues - Good problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
