Job Description - Online Client Service Manager

San Miguel Corporation is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Client Service Manager to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. This position is part-time and falls under the category of Mid-to-Senior Level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.


As the Online Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all online client interactions and relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


- Developing and implementing online client service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitoring and analyzing online client feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless online client experience - Handling and resolving online client complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Monitoring online client service metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify trends - Providing guidance and support to the online client service team to ensure high-quality service delivery - Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in online client service management


To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must possess the following personality traits: resourceful and motivated. In addition, soft skills such as project management and persuasion are essential for effectively managing online client relationships.
