Job Description - Online Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


Penshoppe is looking for a part-time Online Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Taguig, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, shipping inquiries, and returns. 3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. 4. Generate reports on customer feedback, trends, and suggestions for improvement. 5. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times.


Requirements: 1. Resourceful and resilient personality traits are essential for handling challenging customer situations. 2. Strong soft skills in innovation and creativity to develop new customer support strategies. 3. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software. 6. Experience in e-commerce platforms and online customer support is a plus.
