Job Description - Support Manager

AQWIRE is looking for a passionate and resourceful Support Manager to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer support or related fields, you will play a critical role in ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of support representatives and oversee daily operations - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer support processes - Provide training and guidance to support team members - Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues - Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service at all times


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Proven experience in a customer support management role - Strong planning and organizational skills - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software


Personality traits: - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Resourceful in finding creative solutions to customer problems


Soft skills: - Strong planning skills to effectively allocate resources and prioritize tasks - Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all interactions
