This role involves bookkeeping, commission tracking, investor log management, and direct client interactions. Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial scorecards and Excel spreadsheets weekly.
- Accurately track sales data and commissions using an enrollment tracker, ensuring precise reporting.
- Record and manage investor logs, maintaining current and accurate data for internal use and reporting.
- Reconcile records to align financial data with current transactions and forecasts.
- Proactively contact clients who have been declined to provide guidance and explore alternative solutions.
- Collaborate with the special financing department to facilitate customized client solutions.
- Communicate professionally and empathetically with clients via phone and email.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- Uphold strict confidentiality of all financial documentation and client information.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial management tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical skills.
- Comfortable and confident communicating with clients, particularly in sensitive or declined situations.
- Experience in client relations, customer support, or sales tracking systems is preferred.
- Empathy and professionalism when handling client inquiries or challenges.
Additional Information
- This position operates within the EST time zone, between 8 AM and 6 PM. Flexibility to align with these hours is required.
- Candidates must demonstrate excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
