Job Description - Executive Assistant - Part Time (US Home Restoration, WFH)

Salary: P400 (Per Hour – 4 hours a day)

Schedule: 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM Manila Time

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • 2+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting C-level executives.
    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate the needs of the CEO.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Project Management Tools
  • Familiarity with Notion and/or Air Table

What will you do?

1. Email Management:

· Monitor and manage the CEO's email accounts to ensure timely responses and proper prioritization.

· Draft, review, and organize correspondence on behalf of the CEO.

· Filter and flag important messages requiring immediate attention.

2. Calendar Management:

· Coordinate and maintain the CEO’s schedules across four ventures, ensuring seamless time management.

· Schedule meetings, calls, and appointments, and provide detailed daily briefings.

· Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them.

3. Systems and Processes Implementation:

· Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose effective solutions.

· Research and implement new systems or tools to streamline operations and improve organization.

· Ensure proper training and onboarding for any new tools introduced.

4. Strategic Support & Sounding Board:

· Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing feedback and suggestions on key decisions.

· Conduct research and prepare materials for strategic initiatives or meetings.

· Maintain discretion and confidentiality while handling sensitive information.

5. Administrative Excellence:

· Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.

· Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

· Handle personal tasks or errands as required to support the CEO’s productivity.
