Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and Part Time Social Media/Creative Marketing VA to join our team. This role is essential in launching our online music business, promoting our music album, and managing our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for music, a strong understanding of social media platforms, and the ability to engage with our audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management:
  • Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
  • Monitor social media channels and engage with followers.
  • Edit live video streams into engaging clips for social media.
• Live Streaming Support:
  • Assist with live streaming sessions using Zoom and StreamYard.
  • Engage with the live audience during streams on Thursdays, Fridays, or Saturdays.
• Marketing:
  • Promote our music albums and online voice lessons through targeted campaigns.
  • Help in enrolling students for online music classes.
• Website Management:
  • Update and maintain the website using Canva.
  • Create visually appealing graphics and marketing materials.
• Customer Engagement:
  • Answer inquiries and provide support to potential students.
  • Assist with enrolling students in music courses.

Qualifications:

• Creative Background: Experience in music, singing, or a related creative field is preferred but not required
• Social Media Savvy: Proven experience in managing social media accounts, preferably in the music industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Canva and video editing.
• Live Streaming: Familiarity with Zoom, StreamYard, and other live streaming tools.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible Schedule: Ability to work during the specified days and adjust to a dynamic work environment.
