Job Description - Sales Executive | For Non Life Insurance - Part-Time

Sales Executive for other Business

Their primary responsibility is to help individuals and businesses protect themselves against financial losses resulting from various risks. 

The person is also in Charge of other business of the company.

Know more about the Work: 

Client Education:

  • Explain different types of non-life insurance policies and coverage options to clients.
  • Help clients understand the risks they face and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.

Policy Sales:

  • Identify the insurance needs of clients and recommend suitable non-life insurance policies.
  • Assist clients in completing insurance applications and paperwork.
  • Provide quotes and negotiate terms with potential policyholders.

Underwriting Assistance:

  • Gather necessary information from clients to aid in the underwriting process.
  • Ensure that all required documentation is submitted accurately and in a timely manner.

 

Risk Assessment:

  • Evaluate the risk exposure of clients by analyzing their specific situations.
  • Recommend risk management strategies and loss prevention measures.

Policy Maintenance:

  • Regularly review clients' insurance needs and coverage to ensure they are adequately protected.
  • Provide updates on policy changes and suggest modifications when necessary.

Customer Service:

  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.

Compliance:

  • Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure that all interactions and transactions comply with legal requirements.

Professional Development:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, new insurance products, and changes in regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance knowledge and skills.

Networking and Marketing:

  • Engage in networking activities to generate leads and expand the client base.
  • Use marketing strategies to promote insurance products and services.

Ethical Conduct:

  • Adhere to ethical standards and conduct business with honesty and integrity.
  • Prioritize the best interests of clients when making recommendations.

Work Schedule

This job has the following work schedule:

  • less than 10 hours / week
  • Rotating shift
  • 6 hours shift
  • 9am - 6pm
  • Retail hours
