Recruitment Specialist

As part of our offshore recruitment team, you will be supporting multiple companies in the United States and Canada for their recruitment and hiring efforts. Responsibilities: - Create and maintain job postings through international job boards for US-based corporations - Assess potential jobseekers through interviews and examinations following the recruitment-cycle - Maintain candidate relationship from sourcing to onboarding - Regularly coordinate with offshore clients for business and hiring demands Requirements: - Open for career-shifters with relevant BPO experience - Experience in an HR Recruitment role is an advantage, but not required - Candidate must possess a binding interest in pursuing Recruitment as a long-term career - Candidate must possess excellent English written and oral communications skill - Candidate must have strong analytical skills and business understanding of different industries - Candidate must be a strong individual contributor able to work in a fast-paced environment. - Candidate must be willing to work on a permanent and fixed graveyard shift
