Senior Sales & Business Development • To identify new markets where the company can supply Manpower to. • To identify new projects in countries that may have manpower requirements. • To initiate communication with clients through email and phone to find out if they are interested in hiring Manpower as well as other pertinent details. • To update the Client Database and ensure that this database is maximized. • To assist in planning for foreign marketing trips which include identifying clients, setting up meetings for Directors, research on clients, etc. • To prepare and execute email marketing campaign strategies for retaining and acquiring clients. • To establish and execute a clear lead follow up system.
