Store Manager - Tagaytay

1. Responsible and accountable for the overall performance of their assigned stores includes inventory, sales, cash and staff performance. 2. Trains and coaches their staff 3. Manages staff performance and development of assigned stores. 4. Manages and improves sales, marketing, operations and promotions of assigned stores. 5. Monitors and reports assigned store performance to the Area Manager. 6. Supervise and guide the team to maximize revenue. 7. Develop a safe and positive environment for staff. 8. Ensure customer delight by delivering timely quality services. 9. Develop a strong working relationship within the assigned area.
