Job Description - Travel Support Specialist

Travel Support Specialist | CSR

No Travel Account experience are welcome to apply!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
GDS and Internal system queue management
Interpret air contracts and monitor ticketing contract deadlines
Process airline schedule changes
Provide agents with assistance and support
Provide all forms of assistance and problem-solving regarding air travel
Process and issue airline tickets
Also supports technical-related issues, and account management
Assists in other areas of the department and company as necessary

Qualifications:

Strong CSR background is a must if the candidates don't have experience with Travel Account
Excellent English verbal communication skills
Effective business writing skills
1 year of experience handling travel management accounts (hotel/transportation/etc) is a plus.
Resourceful, persistent, and patient
Can start ASAP
Amenable to work on shifting schedules
